Privacy policy

The short version

We collect as little as we can get away with. Our games don't require accounts and don't ask for personally identifiable information. The only data that moves is what makes free-to-play work: advertising and (eventually) anonymous gameplay analytics.

Our games — Blue vs Orange Runner

Blue vs Orange Runner ("the Game") is published by ArcField Studios. The Game displays advertising served by Google AdMob, which may collect your advertising ID and approximate location for ad personalization, subject to your device's ad-tracking settings and the consent choices you make in-game (GDPR/UK consent is requested where required).

The Game does not require an account and does not collect personally identifiable information directly. For details on Google's data practices, see Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

When gameplay analytics ships, this section will disclose exactly what is measured (device identifier and anonymous gameplay events such as run length and crash reports) before that version reaches a store.

This website

The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no ad scripts.

If you say yes to the banner, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics: page path, referrer, country, and device type, with no cookies and no identifier that follows you across sites. Say no — or ignore it — and nothing is measured at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

If you use the contact form, we store the name, email address, and message you type — nothing else — so we can reply. Submissions are stored securely, read by the developer, never sold or shared, and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw ad-personalization consent from your device settings at any time. One email does it — see below.
